Which Google account is your phone signed in with?
Play checks the testers group, so being in it is the whole of the access — there is no invitation to accept and no code to type. It has to be the Google account signed in to the Play Store on the phone, which is often not the address you would give out. A different account on the device is why the link says “Item not found”, and it is the one thing worth checking before deciding it is broken.

What this is
What does it actually do?
It works out where you went from the pictures you already have — the dates and places are in them already — and writes the trip up, day by day, so there is something to read afterwards rather than four hundred photographs and a vague memory.
You can add flights by forwarding the confirmation, and it will keep a trip up to date while you are on it. Nothing needs typing in.
What happens to my photographs?
They are yours. Nothing is public, nothing is shared with anybody you have not shared a trip with, and you can delete a trip — and everything in it — whenever you like.
Leave us your address
The iPhone link above needs none of this. Android does, while the test is closed: leave your address and we will add you to the testers group, usually the same day. Photographs come straight off your phone and need nothing here.
